Hi, my name is Lauren and I am owner and Award Winning Baby Photographer at Lauren Murphy Photography.
I am Wife to Colin and Mama to 12-year-old Cole and 4 year old Carter (photographed above) they really are my universe!
My passion for photography evolved when I purchased my first professional camera in 2013 with the aim of capturing good quality photographs of my own family.
It didn’t take me long before I was head over heels in love with photography and decided to take the leap to start my own business.
Making the most of my many years of experience working with babies and children, I had soon struck the balance with my passion and experience.
My passion for photography has allowed me to build a successful business, that truly doesn’t even feel like work. I’ve been very fortunate to utilise my photography skills and combine them with my love of travel. I have worked with many well established travel brands to offer photographic services, as well as travel blogs and reviews too.
Fast forward a few years and I’ve had the privilege of hosting and training with the best newborn photographers in the world, which has allowed my business to grow from strength to strength.
I specialise in capturing baby’s 1st year with beautiful and timeless photographs.
Safety always comes first and I pride myself on being fully trained specifically in newborn posing.
Photo sessions are always baby led, you will never be rushed and I always cater for feeds, nappy changes to ensure you really get the best from your experience.
